I discuss the potential risks of fat atrophy and fat melting associated with Thermage treatments. I explore three scenarios that can lead to these issues: using older, refurbished platforms with swapped parts to cut costs; having untrained or unskilled providers who don't understand proper temperature ranges and patient biofeedback; and the use of numbing agents, which we never do in our office for Thermage procedures. #thermage #skincare #skin treatments #aesthetic procedures
